Bishop Moore was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. At the early age of 17 he had a personal encounter with the Lord and vowed that he would serve Him for the rest of his life. After graduating High School he joined the United States Air Force, and over the course of his career he received extensive training in the Information Management, Military Training Instructor, Education and Training Management, Airman Leadership School Instructor, and Recruiting career fields. While serving on his first enlistment he met and married, Mrs. Maria E. Moore, and together they have two adult children and one grandson. After 20 years of dedicated service, God blessed Bishop Moore to retire from the Air Force.
Bishop Moore has worked endlessly as a humanitarian by volunteering his time and resources in numerous communities, feeding the hungry and homeless, sharing hope in the streets, convalescent homes, parks, shelters, and prisons. Currently he volunteers his time at the Everett Gospel Mission, Everett Plaza Assisted Living Home, and the Denny Juvenile Justice Center. He has been featured on "The Pastor's Perspective" KCIS 630 AM radio station, Seattle, WA, and "The Moment of Truth" radio ministry, KCEP 88.1 FM, Las Vegas, NV. Bishop Moore has also served in numerous positions throughout the church and on various levels: Sunday School Teacher and Superintendent, Young People Willing Workers (YPWW) Teacher and Vice President, Deacon, Minister, Evangelist, Elder, Assistant Pastor (6 years), District Sunday School Superintendent, District Home and Foreign Missions President, and District Fellowship Chairman, Nevada Jurisdiction Assistant Sunday School Superintendent (1994-1996), and Nevada Jurisdiction Evangelism Department President (1996-2000). Currently he serves as the Washingtons State Jurisdictional President of the World Missions, and as one of the Regional Missions Directors for Church of God in Christ. As an International Evangelist he has conducted revivals and ministered in numerous states and countries to include: California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Washington, Florida, Japan, Portugal, El Salvador, Malawi, Costa Rica and Cuba. Bishop Moore founded the Jubilee Church of God in Christ in 2003 and in 2010 he was the recipient of the Snohomish County, NAACP, Rev. S. G. Wilson Spiritual Leadership Award. Bishop Moore serves as the director of the International Seminary, Snohomish County Satellite and in 2021 he was consecrated as the Prelate of the Washington State Jurisdiction for the Church Of God In Christ, Inc. His calling has him on a mission to “Proclaim Liberty Throughout The Land” to people of all ages, races, colors and creeds; assisting them with the implementation of God’s Word as a way of life!
First Lady Moore hails from Los Angeles, CA and had her initial religious beginnings in the Catholic Church. She had a "Damascus Road" experience with the Lord later on in life and that’s when God filled her with the Holy Ghost. She attended schools both in Mexico and the United States until the age of 13. After graduating with “honors” from Garfield High School in Los Angeles she attended California State University at Los Angles before entering the United States Air Force where she served her country for seven years as a Logistics Non-Commissioned Officer and Drill Sergeant. While serving in the Air Force she met and married her husband (Bishop Alvin C. Moore) and together they have two adult children and one grandson. First Lady Moore obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant before receiving a Honorable Discharge. She has worked for the Lord in various levels of ministry: Sunday School Teacher and Superintendent, Bible Band Teacher, Young Women Christian Council President, Sunshine Band President, Sewing Circle President, and First Lady of the Jubilee Church of God in Christ, Everett, WA. She has also received certifications, licenses and degrees in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy and her Doctorate of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision. She is a Licensed Evangelist Missionary in the Church of God in Christ that is bilingual and has had to utilize her language skills to assist in spreading the Word of God. Currently she is employed by the Veterans Administration as a Mental Health Therapist.
